In 2009, Newton Land Development orchestrated the financing and purchase of Spyglass Medical Center in Viera. Its improvements, both interior and exterior, are underway and will soon be home of an additional pain management center on Spyglass Hill Road.
Watersong Senior Living Community
In 2006, Newton Land Development had completed the permitting for a community developer west of I-95. When the community's developer decided not to initiate the project, Newton diligently worked to facilitate the sale of the land to a similar user. Newton ultimately worked with Senior Living Communities and the town of Viera to assist in approval of a new plan for the site, which today is the outstanding Watersong Senior Living Community.
