Watersong Senior Living Community
In 2006, Newton Land Development had completed the permitting for a community developer west of I-95. When the community's developer decided not to initiate the project, Newton diligently worked to facilitate the sale of the land to a similar user. Newton ultimately worked with Senior Living Communities and the town of Viera to assist in approval of a new plan for the site, which today is the outstanding Watersong Senior Living Community. |
